It’s amazing to see this photo next to the Google Street View of the same spot today. The photo is dated sometime between 1880 and 1901.

Not much seems to have survived, but it looks like what is now the Ecumenical Theological Seminary, then the First Presbyterian Church, is visible in both images. By the way, since that’s in the photo, it has to be after 1889, when that church was built.
One more thing … we dug up a great old photo of the church from the same time period.
