This photo shows the Great Flood of 1913 in Cincinnati, Ohio. To this day, it remains the largest weather disaster in Ohio history and the second worst flood in American history after the Johnstown Flood of 1889. This photo was taken on March 27th, 1913, a day after the worst was over. The flood spanned from March 23rd to 26th after several days of heavy rains. A total of 650 people are estimated to have died across 13 states, hitting major cities like Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Dayton, and Columbus.
